念珠菌与牙周炎关系的研究进展

摘　　要：牙周炎是由菌斑微生物所引起的牙周支持组织的慢性感染性疾病,近年来随着对牙周炎的认识逐步加深,学者们发现念珠菌也参与了牙周炎的发生与发展。念珠菌可通过黏附、分泌水解酶等方式侵入宿主细胞,并通过自身的免疫逃逸和免疫调控抵御宿主的免疫清除,最新研究发现念珠菌与牙周致病细菌,特别是与牙龈卟啉单胞菌之间的协同与拮抗作用可能参与牙周炎的发生过程。本文就念珠菌与牙周炎的相关性及念珠菌导致牙周炎的可能机制作一综述,旨在进一步阐述牙周炎的发病机制,为牙周炎的预防及治疗提供新的思路。Periodontitis was a chronic infectious disease of periodontal supporting tissue caused by plaque microorganisms.In recent years,with the deepening of the understanding of periodontitis,scholars have found that Candida is also involved in the occurrence and development of periodontitis.Candida can invade host cells by adhesion and secretion of hydrolases,and resist host immune clearance through its own immune escape and immune regulation.Recent studies have found that the synergistic and antagonistic effects between Candida and periodontal pathogenic bacteria,especially Porphyromonas gingivalis,may be involved in the occurrence of periodontitis.This article reviews the correlation between Candida and periodontitis and the possible mechanism of Candida causing periodontitis,aiming to further elucidate the pathogenesis of periodontitis and provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of periodontitis.
