摘 要:同步注浆浆液配合比及其物理力学性能对于保障盾构隧道施工和结构安全具有重要意义。针对富水环境盾构隧道同步注浆浆液配合比问题,基于正交分析方法设计了浆液配合比试验,研究了不同水胶比、胶砂比、膨水比、添胶比、泥灰比对浆液的密度、结石率、稠度、分层度、凝结时间、抗剪切屈服强度、不同养护时间和环境条件下立方体抗压强度等多个浆液性能指标的影响规律。研究结果表明:增大水胶比可以提高浆液的流动性和稳定性,但也会加重泌水程度、降低立方体抗压强度、延长凝结时间;适当地增大膨水比可以增大浆液的早期立方体抗压强度和抗剪切屈服强度、缩短凝结时间、减轻泌水程度,但会降低流动性;适当地增大泥灰比可以缩短浆液的凝结时间、增大立方体抗压强度和抗剪切屈服强度、减轻泌水程度,但也会降低流动性。该研究成果对于富水环境盾构隧道抗浮和变形控制具有参考价值。The mix ratio and physical and mechanical properties of synchronous grouting slurry are of great significance for ensuring the construction and structural safety of shield tunnels.In order to solve the problem of simultaneous grouting slurry mix ratio in shield tunnels in water-rich environment,a slurry mix ratio experiment was designed by orthogonal analysis method.The influence law of different water cement ratios,cement sand ratios,swelling water ratios,adding cement ratios,and mud cement ratios on multiple slurry performance indicators,such as density,stone percentage,consistency,layering degree,setting time,shear yield strength,cube compressive strength was studied under different maintenance times and environment.The research results show that increasing the water cement ratio can enhance the fluidity and stability of the slurry,but also increase the degree of bleeding,reduce the compressive strength of the cube and prolong the setting time;Properly increasing the swelling water ratio can increase the early cubic compressive strength and shear yield strength of the slurry,shorten the setting time,and reduce the degree of bleeding,but reduce the fluidity;Properly increasing the mud cement ratio can shorten the setting time of the slurry,increase the compressive strength and shear yield strength of the cube,reduce the degree of bleeding,but also reduce the fluidity.This research has reference value for the anti floating and deformation control of shield tunnels in rich water environments.
