摘 要:为满足新法规标准和企业技术标准的要求,提出了一种收缩管防爬器设计方案。通过方案设计、材料试验构建收缩管防爬器的有限元模型,并制造样件进行台车碰撞试验验证有限元模型的有效性。通过数值仿真研究结构参数对其耐撞性的影响,并得出其影响规律:收缩管的壁厚每增加1 mm,平台力约增加56 kN;摩擦因数每增加0.01,平台力约增加30 kN;摩擦锥面轴向长度每增加1 mm,平台力减小11~15 kN,不具有线性关系。研究结果表明,通过该参数分析方法设计的收缩管防爬器结构能满足技术要求,其中壁厚和摩擦因数对吸能特性影响较大,摩擦锥面轴向长度影响较小,合理选择参数组合可以得出需要的结构方案。In order to meet the requirements of new laws and regulations and enterprise technical standards,this paper introduces a design scheme of anti-climber with shrinkable tube.The finite element model of the anti-climber with shrinkable tube is built through the scheme design and material test,and the sample is manufactured for the sled impact test to verify the validity of the finite element model.Through numerical simulation,the influence of structural parameters on its crashworthiness is studied,and its influence law is derived:for every 1 mm increase of the wall thickness of the energy-absorbing tube,the platform force increases by about 56 kN;for every 0.01 increase in the friction factor,the platform force increases by 30 kN;for every 1 mm increase in the axial length of the friction cone,the platform force decreases by 11~15 kN,which has no linear relationship.The results show that the structure of anti-climber with shrinkable tube designed by the parameter analysis method can meet the technical requirements,in which the wall thickness and friction factor have a greater influence on the energy absorption characteristics,but the axial length of the friction cone surface has a smaller influence.The required structural solution can be derived from a reasonable combination of parameters.
