中国标准地铁列车制动系统用TRDP通信模块方案研究

摘　　要：介绍了TRDP在OSI模型和TCP/IP模型中各层的对应关系以及对TCP/IP模型各层产生的影响,分析并说明了TRDP和SDTv2协议的帧格式以及时效保障机制等,提出了一种通过不用操作系统的微处理器基于TRDP的SDTv2协议的以太网通信方法,得到了一种可用于中国标准地铁列车制动系统的TRDP通信模块方案。经过地面联调测试和正线试验验证,结果表明,该方案能够满足中国标准地铁列车制动系统对安全数据实时以太网通信的要求。This paper introduces the correspondence between the layers of TRDP in the OSI model and TCP/IP model and the impact on the layers of TCP/IP model,analyzes and explains the frame formats of TRDP and SDTv2 protocol and the time guarantee mechanism,and proposes a TRDP-based SDTv2 protocol Ethernet communication method through a microprocessor without an operating system to obtain a TRDP communication module solution for Chinese standard metro train braking system.After the ground joint testing and mainline testing,the results show that the scheme can meet the requirements for real-time Ethernet communication of safety data in the braking system of Chinese standard metro train.
