摘 要:针对碳纤维复合材料在应力水平下疲劳寿命分散性较大的问题,文章提出了碳纤维复合材料疲劳强度测试方案。以碳纤维悬浮架为例,进行了直线段、曲线段和道岔段线路往返动强度测试。根据碳纤维悬浮架结构特点,开展了碳纤维部件动强度试验中超声相控阵无损检测方案研究,在每个动强度工况试验后进行超声相控阵无损检测。测试结果表明,碳纤维悬浮架动强度和超声无损检测结果均满足评定准则要求,悬浮架疲劳强度满足规定要求。所提出的碳纤维复合材料动强度测试及无损检测方法可以有效解决轨道交通车辆碳纤维复合材料在应力水平下疲劳寿命分散性较大的问题。In view of the problem that the fatigue life of carbon fiber composites is more dispersive under the stress level,this paper proposes a fatigue strength test scheme of carbon fiber composites.Taking the carbon fiber levitation chassis as an example,the round-trip dynamic strength test is carried out on the straight section,curve section and turnout section.According to the structural characteristics of carbon fiber levitation chassis,the phased array NDT scheme in the dynamic strength test of carbon fiber components is studied,and ultrasonic phased array NDT is conducted after each dynamic strength condition test.The test results show that the dynamic strength and ultrasonic NDT results of the carbon fiber levitation chassis meet the requirements of the evaluation criteria,and the fatigue strength of the levitation chassis meets the specified requirements.The proposed dynamic strength and NDT method of carbon fiber composites can effectively solve the fatigue strength testing of carbon fiber composites for rail vehicles.
