摘　　要：介绍了30 t轴重铝合金煤炭漏斗车的卸货方式,以30 t轴重铝合金煤炭漏斗车为试验对象,进行了不同载重、不同运行速度、不同底门结构、不同煤种等因素影响下的卸载试验,分析了上述因素对车辆卸货时间的影响,并给出了不同影响因素下的试验结果,为进一步提高车辆卸货效率,缩短车辆运煤周转时间,同时为大轴重煤炭漏斗车的设计提供了有效的数据支撑。This paper introduces the unloading mode of 30 t axle load aluminum alloy coal hopper car.Taking 30 t axle load aluminum alloy coal hopper car as the test object,through unloading test under the influence of different loads,different running speeds,different bottom door structures,different coal types etc.,the influences of the above factors on the unloading time of cars are analyzed in the list,and experimental results under different influencing factors are provided,which provide effective data to further improve the unloading efficiency of cars and shorten the turnover time of coal transport,and also provide effective data support for the design of large axle load coal hopper car.
