摘 要:20世纪后半叶以来,家庭一直是西方政治辩论的话题。受到“父母权力运动”的影响,家庭问题再一次焦点化。在新左派等思潮的影响下,大部分学者将传统家庭视为压迫性结构。斯克鲁顿认为,这种理解既不是历史真实样貌的展现,也缺乏长久政治实践的可能性。他试图从非契约化和集体智慧两个角度入手构建传统家庭理论,其理论构建高度依赖于实践状况的改善。他的政治实践方案着重于恢复国家的传统职能,避免国家过度干涉。传统家庭的自我恢复问题与现代技术问题是其实践方案的软肋,削弱了他在恢复传统家庭方面的实践能力。The family has been a topic of political debate in the West since the second half of the 20th century.Influenced by the parents’right movement,the issue of the family has once again come into focus.Under the influence of ideological trends such as the new left,most scholars view the traditional family as an oppressive structure.Scruton argues that this understanding is neither a true representation of history nor a possibility for lasting political practice.He intends to construct a theory of the traditional family from two perspectives:noncontractualization and collective wisdom.His theoretical construction is highly dependent on the improvement of practical practice.His political-practical program focuses on restoring the traditional functions of the state and avoiding its transitional intervention.The problem of self-restoration of the traditional family and the problem of modern technology became the weaknesses of his practical program,which weakened his practical ability on the issue of restoring the traditional family.
