摘 要:地方高师音乐学专业要以就业为导向,遵循“育人为本、实践取向、终身学习”的理念,培养能胜任中小学音乐舞蹈多元化教学实践需要的人才,其中舞蹈创编能力是中小学音乐教师必备的基本能力之一,应使音乐和舞蹈在素质教育中共同发挥作用,为开展第二课堂奠定坚实的专业基础。音乐学专业学生舞蹈创编能力的培养应重新调整教学内容,以实践性为核心,建立适应社会需求的培养方式,全面提高学生的舞蹈素质、创新能力和师范能力。The major of Musicology in local normal universities should be employment-oriented,follow the concept of“education orientation,practice orientation and lifelong learning”,and cultivate the talents who will meet the needs of diversified teaching practice in primary and secondary schools.Among them,dance creation ability is one of the necessary basic abilities for music teachers in primary and secondary schools.Music and dance should together play a role in quality education and lay a solid professional foundation for the second classroom.The cultivation of dance creation ability for musicology majors should readjust the teaching content,take practice as the core,adopt training methods to meet social needs,and comprehensively improve normal students’dancing quality,innovation ability and teaching ability.
