摘　　要：目的探讨分析骨脂肪硬化性黏液纤维性肿瘤的CT及MRI表现,提高对该病的认识。方法选取经病理证实的10例骨脂肪硬化性黏液纤维性肿瘤的影像学资料,总结该病的影像学特征。所有患者均行CT平扫,其中8例行MRI平扫。结果8例病灶位于股骨,2例病灶位于髋臼、坐骨体和髂骨。CT表现主要有明显硬化边缘的溶骨性病变,边界清楚,内钙化多见,4例周边见数个低密度囊变灶,呈辐轮状排列,2例见磨玻璃密度影,2例见骨嵴。8例MRI均表现为T1WI图像整体等信号为主,中心信号不均匀,T2WI图像呈混杂信号,局部高信号,T2WI脂肪抑制图像有明显高信号。结论骨脂肪硬化性黏液纤维性肿瘤CT及MRI表现具有一定特征性,结合特定发病部位,不难诊断。Objective To investigate CT and MRI findings of liposclerosing myxofibrous tumor(LSMFT) and to improve the understanding of this lesion. Methods The clinical and CT/MRI data of 10 cases with histologically confirmed liposclerosing myxofibrous tumor(LSMFT) were etrospectively analyzed so as to summarize the imaging features of the disease. Routine CT scanning was performed in all patients synchronously. MRI scanning was performed in 8 patients. Results Lesions of 8 cases were located in the femur, lesion of 2 cases were located in the acetabular, sciatic, and iliac bones. CT was mainly osteolytic lesions with obvious hardening edges, with clear boundaries and frequent internal calcification. Several low-density sac stoves were seen in 4 cases, arranged in spoke rotation, grinding glass density shadow in 2 cases, and bone crest in two. In eight cases, MRI T_(1)WI likeed the overall equal signal, the central signal was not uniform, T_(2)WI image showed promiscuous signal and local high signal, with a significantly high signal on the T_(2)WI fat suppression images. Conclusion The performance of CT and MR in bone liposclerosing myxofibrous tumors have certain characteristics, and combined with specific pathogenesis sites, it is not difficult to diagnose.
