广州高职工业设计专业学生创业意向影响因素实证研究——基于434名样本调研

摘　　要：基于文献研究,设计问卷内容,并对434名广州地区高职工业设计专业学生样本展开实证分析,探索新冠感染疫情冲击下该地区设计类专业高职生创业意向的影响因素。结果显示,学生的创业意向与个人因素、家庭背景、周边环境均成正相关,影响因素重点集中在个人专业技能、家庭收入和社会关系脉络。基于此,本研究提出相关对策,一是完善创新创业课程体系,夯实创业基础;二是以课程思政为引领,转变创业心态;三是加快“双创”与课程融合,升华创业意识;四是创建创业机会与平台,拓展创业视野。Based on the literature research,the paper designs the questionnaire content,analyzes empirically the samples of 434 industrial design students in Guangzhou area,explores the impact factors of design students'entrepreneurial intention under the impact of COVID-19.The results show that students'entrepreneurial intention is positively correlated with personal factors,family background and surrounding environment,and the influencing factors focus on personal professional skills,family income and social relations.Based on it,this paper puts forward relevant countermeasures:firstly,improve the curriculum system of innovation and entrepreneurship,in order to ram tamp the entrepreneurial foundation;secondly,change the students'entrepreneurial mentality under the guidance of curriculum thought and politics;thirdly,speed up the integration of entrepreneurship and innovation and curriculum,and sublimate the students'awareness of entrepreneurship;fourthly,create entrepreneurial opportunities and platforms to expand the students'entrepreneurial vision.
