美国电信工程跨学科人才培养探析——以科罗拉多大学博尔德分校跨学科电信项目(ITP)为例

摘　　要：跨学科电信项目(ITP)是科罗拉多大学博尔德分校针对电信工程进行的教育改革,旨在培养电信行业的工程领导者。该文通过对跨学科电信项目(ITP)的分析发现,其改革主要表现为学生和教师背景多元化、跨学科的课程设计、基于项目的实践模式、校企协同的育人体系,给我国高等工程教育人才培养的启示为人才培养以产业需求为导向,以引领产业发展为目标;以跨学科教育为手段,培养宽专交融的T型人才;以校企协同为载体,培养知行合一的行业精英。The Interdisciplinary Telecommunications Program(ITP)is an educational revolution in telecommunications engineering at the University of Colorado Boulder aimed at developing engineering leaders in the telecommunications industry.Through the analysis of the Interdisciplinary Telecommunication Project(ITP),this paper finds that the reform of ITP is mainly manifested in the following aspects:diverse backgrounds of students and teachers,interdisciplinary curriculum design,project-based practice mode,school-enterprise cooperation education system.The enlightenment for talents training of higher engineering education in China is that talents training is guided by industrial demand and aims at leading industrial development,taking interdisciplinary education as a means to cultivate T-type talents integrating wide specialization,taking school-enterprise collaboration as the carrier to cultivate industry elites with the unity of knowledge and practice.
