幼儿教育中的社会助长效应探析

摘　　要：社会助长效应分为观众效应和结伴效应,在幼儿教育中发挥重要作用,能够增强幼儿自信,激发幼儿的学习动机;促进幼儿合作,提高幼儿解决问题的能力;养成良好的学习品质,增强幼儿的表现力。社会助长效应产生的原因主要有内驱力唤起、评价顾虑、竞争和奖励以及任务难度影响。教育者可以通过创设社会助长效应发生的情境、关注幼儿的个体差异、制定适宜难度的任务以及降低社会助长效应的不利影响等措施促进幼儿健康成长。Social facilitation effect,consisting of audience effect and peer effect,plays an important role in preschool education.It can enhance preschool children's confidence and learning motivation,improve their cooperation and problem-solving ability,develop good learning quality and their expressiveness.Factors that influence social facilitation effect are drive,evaluation apprehension,competition and reward,and task difficulty.Educators can promote the healthy growth of preschool children by creating situations in which social facilitation effect occurs,paying attention to their individual differences,setting tasks with appropriate difficulty and reducing the negative effect of social facilitation.
