翻转课堂教学模式引入高校篮球教学的构建

摘　　要：当今,体育已经成为推广文明生活方式的重要途径,全民健身运动成为我国体育事业的重要组成部分。篮球作为一项受到众多年轻人喜欢的运动,拥有独特魅力。同时,篮球也是高校学生最喜欢的运动方式之一,有着强健体魄、培养合作交流意识和人际交往能力的作用。高校篮球的传统教学模式存在一定的不足,受课时限制,学生无法在课堂上获取更多的相关知识,因此无法激发对篮球课程的积极性和主动性,严重影响了教学质量。分析了高校篮球教学过程中传统教学模式存在的具体问题,从高校篮球教学的现状出发,引入翻转课堂教学模式,着力构建更为完善的高校篮球教学体系,希望通过教学改革,充分提高篮球教育的有效性,增加学生的课堂参与度,提高学生的身体素质,培养学生自主学习的能力,为日后融入社会奠定良好的基础。Nowadays,sports has become an important way to promote civilized lifestyle,and national fitness has become an important part of China’s sports cause.As a sport sought after by many young people,basketball has an enduring unique charm.At the same time,basketball,which has the function of strengthening physique and cultivating students’consciousness of cooperative communication and interpersonal communication ability,is one of the favorite sports among college students.The traditional mode of basketball teaching in colleges and universities has some deficiencies.Basketball teaching has a certain practicality,limited by class hours.Students cannot obtain a large amount of relevant knowledge in class.Therefore,it is difficult to stimulate the enthusiasm and initiative of basketball courses,which seriously affects the teaching quality.The problems existing in the traditional teaching mode of basketball teaching in colleges was analyzed in this paper.A kind of teaching mode,flipped classroom,was introduced to reform of the traditional teaching mode and to fully improve the effectiveness of basketball education,to increase students’classroom participation,to improve students’physical and mental quality.Efforts were made to construct a more perfect basketball teaching system in colleges and universities and to lay a good foundation for integration into society in the future.
