摘　　要：随着教育体制改革不断深化,高校毕业生数量日渐增多,毕业生就业问题随之成为人们关注的焦点。文章以Y高校为例,在总结经济学专业毕业生就业特点的基础上,通过该专业毕业生就业情况、薪资水平、就业城市等方面的实际数据调查发现:Y高校经济学专业的大部分毕业生更热衷金融行业,且男女生在行业选择中存在差异;各年龄段毕业生对就业单位性质偏好基本一致;绝大部分毕业生选择“非生源地就业”,选择“自主创业”和“自由职业”的人数较少。基于此,文章结合经济专业就业前景与趋势,针对地方高校经济学专业毕业生高质量就业提出若干应对策略。With the deepening of education reform and the increasing number of college graduates,the employment of graduates has become the focus of attention.According to the employment characteristics of economics graduates,it was found that most graduates of economics majors in Y university swarmed into finance industry,and there are differences between male and female graduates in the choice of careers.The majority of graduates prefer“employment in non-birthplace”,and the number of graduates who prefer“self-employment”and“freelance”is relatively small.To this end,the article puts forward some strategies for the high-quality employment of economics graduates,taking into account the employment prospect and trend of economics majors.
