摘  要:高校教师党支部书记“双带头人”培育对高校党支部发展和学科建设具有重要意义。该文以小学教育系的师范专业认证为抓手,基于访谈调查结果,理清高校教师党支部书记“双带头人”培育的现状。师范学院小学教育系的“双带头人”培育面临师范专业认证接受困境造成的培育主体角色定位不准、师范专业认证操作困境造成的培育机制不够完善和师范专业认证权威困境造成的培育考评制度不够明确的现实难题。为此,可以从理念认同、运行机制和制度保障三方面入手,优化高校基层培育教师党支部书记“双带头人”的具体路径。The cultivation of"double leaders"of teachers'Party branch secretaries is important for the development of Party branches and discipline construction in universities.Based on the results of the interview,this study clarifies the current situation of the cultivation of"double leaders"of the Party branch secretaries of teachers,taking the teacher education department's teacher education accreditation as the starting point.The"double leaders"cultivation in elementary education departments of teacher training colleges faces the real problems of inaccurate role of cultivation subjects due to the dilemma of teacher training professional certification acceptance,inadequate cultivation mechanism due to the dilemma of teacher training professional certification operation,and unclear cultivation assessment system due to the dilemma of teacher training professional certification authority.In this regard,we can start from three aspects:conceptual recognition,operation mechanism and institutional guarantee to optimize the specific path of cultivating"double leaders"of teachers'Party branch secretaries at the grassroots level of universities.
