多管路切向旋风除尘器的数值模拟及分析

摘  要:旋风除尘器因其价格低廉、结构简单等优势在众多固体颗粒除尘领域有着广泛的运用。建立了一种多管路切向的新型旋风除尘器三维物理模型,通过Fluent软件运用RSM雷诺应力模型以及SIMPLE算法对除尘器内部流场进行了相关模拟研究,并采用离散相模型(DPM)方法与湍流模型协同作用,完成除尘器内部相关颗粒动力学的模拟。考虑到旋风除尘器入口速度和粒径大小的影响因素,分别对多管道和单管道除尘器进行了对比分析,结果表明,多管路切向旋风除尘器有更好的除尘效率。Cyclone dust remover is widely used in many solid particle dust removal fields due to its low price,simple structure and other advantages.In this paper,a three-dimensional physical model of a new type of cyclone dust collector with multiple tangential pipes is established.The flow field inside the dust collector is simulated by Fluent using RSM Reynolds stress model and SIMPLE algorithm.The discrete phase model(DPM)method is used to cooperate with the turbulence model to complete the simulation of the dynamics of related particles inside the dust collector.Considering the influence factors of inlet velocity and particle size of cyclone dust remover,a comparative analysis is made on multi pipe and single pipe dust removers respectively.The results show that multi pipe tangential cyclone dust remover has better dust removal efficiency.
