摘　　要：目的探索肝癌患者LINC02802的表达及与预后和免疫浸润水平的关系。方法通过癌症基因组图谱(TCGA)数据库获得肝癌患者数据及临床资料,以LINC02802表达量的中位数为界,将癌症患者分为高表达组和低表达组。采用Mann-Whitney U检验、Wilcoxon符号秩检验、Kaplan-Meier法、Cox回归分析、免疫浸润分析,评估LINC02802表达与肝癌患者临床特征及生存预后的关系。采用单样本基因富集分析(ssGSEA)LINC02802与免疫浸润的关系。结果通过TCGA数据库,获得原始研究样本数据424例,其中包括肝癌组织374例,正常组织50例。LINC02802在肝癌组织中的表达量显著高于正常组织,且LINC02802在肝癌患者中的高表达与组织学分级、甲胎蛋白和血管浸润有关(P<0.05);LINC02802高表达与较差的总生存期相关(P<0.05),且LINC02802表达量是肝癌患者预后的独立影响因素(P<0.05);LINC02802表达与免疫细胞浸润水平密切相关(P<0.05)。结论LINC02802的表达与肝癌的不良预后有关,且与免疫细胞浸润水平相关,提示LINC02802可作为预测肝癌患者生存预后和免疫浸润水平的标志物。Objective To explore the relationship between LINC02802 expression and prognosis and immune infiltration level in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods Obtained hepatocellular carcinoma data and matching clinical information from TCGA database,then the median expression of LINC02802 was used as the cutoff to divided into high expression group and low expression group.Mann-Whitney U,Wilcoxon sign-rank test,Kaplan-Meier method,Cox regression analysis and immunoinfiltration analysis were used to assess the relationship between LINC02802 expression and clinical characteristics and prognosis of hepatocellular carcinoma patients.The relationship between LINC02802 and immune infiltration level was analyzed by ssGSEA.Results Through the Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA)database,424 original study sample data were obtained,including 374 hepatocellular carcinoma tissues and 50 adjacent normal liver tissues.The expression level of LINC02802 was significantly higher in the hepatocellular carcinoma tissue than in the normal liver tissues,and the high expression of LINC02802 in hepatocellular carcinoma patients was related to histological grading,alpha fetoprotein and vascular invasion(P<0.05).High expression of LINC02802 was associated with poor overall survival(P<0.05).The expression level of LINC02802 was an independent prognostic factor for liver cancer patients(P<0.05).The expression of LINC02802 was closely related to immune infiltrating cells(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of LINC02802 is correlated with poor prognosis of hepatocellular carcinoma and the level of immune cell infiltration.The expression of LINC02802 may be used as a prognostic and immune infiltration level marker for hepatocellular carcinoma.
