摘　　要：文章深入分析影响新疆特色瓜果贮运保鲜的关键因素,具体论述了新疆瓜果贮运保鲜方式及存在的问题,提出了发展新疆特色瓜果现代贮运保鲜技术的建议和意见,以推动新疆特色瓜果产业高质量发展。In this paper,the key factors that affect the storage,transportation,and preservation of Xinjiang's characteristic melon and fruit were deeply analyzed,the storage,transportation,and preservation methods and existing problems of Xinjiang's characteristic melon and fruit were specifically disscussed,the suggestions and opinions for developing modern storage,transportation,and preservation technology of Xinjiang's characteristic melon and fruit were put forward,in order to promote the high-quality development of Xinjiang's characteristic melon and fruit industry.
