摘 要:针对生产计划部门提供的30万t FPSO两种环段搭载方案,利用NAPA静水力计算软件,构建两种搭载方案静水力模型,分别计算两种方案的配载、浮态和稳性,初步优选搭载方案;针对优选的方案,计算其起浮过程中坞墩的支反力;利用PATRAN软件构建初步优选方案的有限元模型,并利用NASTRAN软件计算结构的局部强度。计算结果表明,搭载方案1的配载方案在实际工程中无法实现,调平后的吃水也超过了码头水深要求,该方案不可行。搭载方案2的配载方案易于实现,浮态和稳性均满足要求,起浮过程中的坞墩支反力以及环段的局部强度均满足要求,方案可行。Two ring erection schemes of the 300000 t FPSO provided by the production planning department were comparatively analyzed.The hydrostatic models of the two schemes were modeled by NAPA software to calculate the ballast scheme,floating state and stability,and the initial selection of the loading scheme was made.Based on the selected schemes,the dock support reaction force and the local strength of the structure ring were assessed by finite element method.The results showed that the ballast scheme of loading scheme 1 cannot be realized in practical engineering;the draft also exceeds the water depth requirement of the wharf,so this scheme is not feasible.The ballast scheme of loading scheme 2 is easy to be realized,and the floating state and stability can meet the requirement;the dock support reaction force and the local strength of the structure ring can meet the requirement,so the scheme 2 is feasibility.
