摘 要:“新工科”倡议是我国工程教育对“互联网+”“中国制造2025”等国家重大战略的积极响应,高职教育是工程教育的重要组成部分。从区域经济结构发展、产业升级、校企合作、职业技能大赛对高职制造业新工科教育提出的新要求出发,分析新工科工程教育在高职制造业人才需求量、岗位能力、校企合作模式的变化,以及以赛促学的发展,并在此基础上探讨适应新工科教育的高职人才培养途径。The"New Engineering"initiative is a positive response of China's engineering education to major national strategies such as"Internet+"and"Made in China 2025",and higher vocational education is an important part of engineering education.Starting from the new requirements of regional economic structure development,industrial upgrading,school-enterprise cooperation and vocational skills competition for new engineering education of manufacturing in higher vocational colleges,this paper analyzes the changes of personnel demands,post ability,and school-enterprise cooperation mode of new engineering education of manufacturing in higher vocational colleges,as well as the development of competition to promote learning.On this basis,the training methods of higher vocational personnel adapted to the new engineering education are discussed.
