东北振兴背景下应用型金融人才培养探究

摘　　要：推进东北全方位振兴需要金融的强有力支持,这对高校应用型金融人才培养提出了更高的要求。聚焦高校应用型金融专业人才培养,发现学校专业课程设置不科学、教学方式方法陈旧、实训实践基地建设薄弱、“双师型”教师缺乏等一系列问题。高校应用型金融人才的培养模式改革迫在眉睫,要全方位构建差异化人才培养体系,全面优化课程设置,改革教学模式,深化校企合作,提升教学团队实力,真正走出金融人才需求与供给脱节的困境,为实现东北全面振兴培养高质量应用型金融人才。Promoting the all-round revitalization of Northeast China requires strong financial support,which puts forward higher requirements for the cultivation of applied financial personnel in colleges and universities.By focusing on the cultivation of applied finance personnel in colleges and universities,a series of problems have been found in the research,such as unscientific curriculum setting,outdated teaching methods,weak construction of practical training bases,and a lack of"double qualified"teachers.The reform of the training mode for applied financial personnel in colleges and universities is urgent.It is necessary to comprehensively build a differentiated talents training system,roundly optimize curriculum settings,reform teaching modes,deepen school enterprise cooperation,enhance teaching team strength,in order to overcome the dilemma of the disconnect between demand and supply of financial talents and contribute to the cultivation of high-quality applied financial talents in the revitalization of Northeast China.
