摘 要:目的:探讨高职院校医学生体育锻炼时间与学业自我效能感的关系,旨在为医学生学业自我效能感的提升提供理论依据。方法:2021年9—10月采用分层抽样法抽取山东省某高职医学院校学生,采用学业自我效能感量表对学生进行问卷调查。结果:不同专业(F=5.223)、每日体育锻炼时间(t=-2.062)学生学业自我效能感得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),口腔医学专业学生、每日体育锻炼时间≥0.5 h学生的学业自我效能感得分较高。不同专业(F=4.868)、年级(F=3.827)、居住地(t=-2.131)、每日体育锻炼时间(t=-2.507)的学生学习行为效能感得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),口腔医学专业学生、高职1年级学生、农村学生、每日体育锻炼时间≥0.5 h学生的学习行为效能感得分较高。不同专业学生学习能力自我效能感得分比较,差异有统计学意义(F=4.563,P<0.05),口腔医学专业学生学习能力自我效能感得分较高。Spearman相关分析结果显示,每日体育锻炼时间与学业自我效能感和学习行为自我效能感得分呈正相关(r值分别为0.043和0.049,P<0.05)。结论:高职院校医学生体育锻炼时间不足,保持每日体育锻炼时间≥0.5 h能够提高学生的学业自我效能感。OBJECTIVE To explore the relationship between physical exercise time and academic self-efficacy of medical students in higher vocational colleges.METHODS From September to October 2021,students from a higher vocational college in Shandong province were selected by cluster random sampling method,and a questionnaire survey was conducted on the academic self-efficacy scale.RESULTS The scores of academic self-efficacy of students in different majors(F=5.223)and daily physical exercise time(t=-2.062)were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the academic self-efficacy scores of stomatology students and students in 0.5 hour daily physical exercise time were higher.The scores of students in different majors(F=4.868),grade(F=3.827),residence(t=-2.131)and daily physical exercise time(t=-2.507)were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the scores of stomatology students,higher vocational students,rural students and daily physical exercise time of 0.5 h were higher.The scores of self-efficacy in learning ability in different majors were statistically significant(F=4.563,P<0.05),and higher scores of learning ability self-efficacy in stomatology students.Spearman The results of correlation analysis showed that daily physical exercise time was positively correlated with the scores of academic self-efficacy and learning behavior self-efficacy scores(r=0.043,0.049,P<0.05).CONCLUSION Medical students in higher vocational colleges have insufficient physical exercise time,and maintaining the daily physical exercise time of 0.5 h can improve students’sense of academic self-efficacy.
