摘  要:级型分化是一种奇妙的自然现象,拥有完全相同基因组的同性物种却可以发育产生完全不同的生物学特征。在蜜蜂中级型分化表现为二型雌蜂,即蜂王和工蜂,二者在遗传物质上没有区别,而其不同表型的产生是由于幼虫阶段营养摄入差异引起的表观遗传差异化修饰最终导致的不同发育途径。由于其机制的复杂性,至今仍未完全阐明营养差异通过何种途径转化为生理信号,调节蜜蜂级型分化过程。本文从信号通路入手,综述了蜜蜂中受关注度最高的EGFR、IIS/TOR、FOXO等三条信号通路的研究进展,为蜜蜂级型分化研究提供信号通路方面的参考。Caste differentiation is a fascinating natural phenomenon,describing homosexual species with identical genomes but develop completely different biological characteristics.Correspondingly,there are two castes of adult female in honeybees,queens and workers,induced by differential nutrition received at the larval stage and resulting in the epigenetic differential modifi cation,which ultimately leads to different development pathways.Due to the complexity of its mechanism,it is still relatively unclear how the nutrient differences can be converted into physiological signals to regulate the process of caste differentiation.Therefore,this article reviews the advances in three signaling pathways had received the highest attention in honeybees,EGFR,IIS/TOR and FOXO,aiming to provide a reference for the study of signaling pathways in caste differentiation in honeybees.
