摘 要:为探究饥饿胁迫对粘虫Mythimna separata(Walker)代谢活动的影响,选用其4~6龄幼虫进行饥饿处理(1 d,2 d,3 d),分别测定饥饿及正常取食的粘虫幼虫糖原、海藻糖含量和蜕皮激素[20-羟基蜕皮酮(20-hydroxyecdysone,20E)]滴度的变化情况。结果表明:与对照组相比,饥饿组随处理天数的增加,其糖原含量逐渐降低,4~6龄饥饿第3天时分别为15.11 mg/g、16.13 mg/g和15.50 mg/g,均与对照组差异显著;海藻糖的含量则逐渐升高,各龄期饥饿第3天时分别达到35.41 mg/mL、39.56 mg/mL和40.06 mg/mL,其中第2天和第3天的含量均显著高于对照组;4龄对照组的20E滴度先升高后降低,且在试验过程中发现有部分幼虫在第3天蜕皮进入5龄,而饥饿组第3天的20E滴度为39.92 ng/L,较对照组的最大值49.71 ng/L低9.79 ng/L且差异显著,但饥饿组在处理第3天时却未发现蜕皮;5龄饥饿第2天和第3天的20E滴度均显著低于对照组,说明幼虫在饥饿胁迫下生长发育减缓,但6龄饥饿组的20E滴度均显著高于对照组,说明该阶段20E急剧增加,使末龄幼虫加快发育以便提前进入蛹期,各龄期饥饿3 d时其20E滴度分别为39.92 ng/L、45.36 ng/L和48.03 ng/L。可以看出,糖原、海藻糖和蜕皮激素均参与粘虫幼虫对饥饿胁迫的适应,这为进一步揭示饥饿肋迫下粘虫幼虫体内关键因子的调控机制以及繁殖适应性奠定基础。In order to clarify the effect of starvation stress on the metabolic activity of Mythimna separata(Walker)under laboratory condition,4-6 instars larvae at age of 1 d,2 d and 3 d were treated with starvation,and then the glycogen,trehalose and ecdysone titer(20-hydroxyecdysone,20E)in starvation and normal feeding armyworm larvae were demermined,respectively.The results showed that compared with the control group,the content of glycogen decreased in starvation group with the increase of starvation times,the minimum value was 15.11 mg/g,16.13 mg/g and 15.50 mg/g at 4-6 instars on 3 d,respectively,which was significant different from the control group;the trehalose gradually increased under the same treatment,the maximum value was 35.41 mg/mL,39.56 mg/mL and 40.06 mg/mL on 3 d,respectively,and the contents on 2 d and 3 d was significantly higher than that of the control group;the 20E titer of 4th instar of control group risen at first and then,declined,of which some larvae molted into the 5th instar on the 3 d,and the starvation group on the 3 d reached 39.92 ng/L,which was lower than the maximum value of 49.71 ng/L in the control group,and also was different significantly than the latter,but it did not reach in the starvation group at the molting stage after 3 d treatment;after starvation of 2 d and 3 d,the 20E titer of 5th instars was significantly lower than that of the control group,which indicated that the growth and development of larvae slowed down under starvation stress,however,the 6th instar starvation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,which indicated that the matured larvae would enter the pupate stage in advance due to the rapid increasement of 20E.Moreover,after starvation for 3 days at each instar,the 20E titer reached the maximum values of 39.92 ng/L,45.36 ng/L,48.03 ng/L,respectively.It was found that all glycogen,trehalose and ecdysone participated in the process of adaptation of armyworm larvae to starvation stress,which would provide a foundation for further study on t
