Vitapex根管填充材料用于难治性根尖周病根管治疗的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察Vitapex根管填充材料在难治性根尖周病根管治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2019年7月至2021年6月杭州市第九人民医院收治的难治性根尖周病患者60例,其中30例采用Vitapex根管填充材料作为根管填充物进行根管治疗,为观察组;另30例采用AH-Plus根管充填材料作为根管填充物进行根管治疗,为对照组。比较两组患者的治疗效果、填充质量、疼痛情况、旧根尖周指数(O-PAI)。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组(96.66%比73.34%,P<0.05)。观察组患者的适充率高于对照组(93.34%比73.34%,P<0.05)。治疗1周、2周、1个月后,两组患者疼痛评分(视觉模拟评分法)、O-PAI均较治疗前逐渐降低(均P<0.05),且观察组均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论难治性根尖周病根管治疗中使用Vitapex根管填充材料作为填充材料,相较于AH-Plus根管充填材料,可提高填充质量,减轻患者的疼痛程度,提高治疗效果,值得在临床推广应用。Objective To observe the efficacy of Vitapex paste in the endodontic treatment of patients with refractory periapical disease.Methods Clinical data of 60 patients with refractory periapical disease who underwent endodontic treatment in Department of Stomatology of Hangzhou Ninth People's Hospital from July 2019 to June 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.The Vitapex paste as root canal filler was applied for root canal treatment in 30 patients(study group);while AH Plus root canal filling paste was used for other 30 patients(control group).The treatment effect,filling quality,visual analog pain scale(VAS)score,and old periapical index(O-PAI)of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate in the study group was higher than that of the control group(96.66%vs.73.34%,P<0.05).The aptitude rate of patients in the study group was higher than that in the control group(93.34%vs.73.34%,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in VAS scores and O-PAI scores before treatment between two groups(both P>0.05).VAS and O-PAI scores were significantly decreased after 1 week,2 weeks and 1 month of treatment for both groups(all P<0.05),whiles the scores in study group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with AH-Plus root canal filling paste,Vitapex paste can better improve the filling quality,reduce the pain level and improve the efficacy in the endodontic treatment of patients with refractory periapical disease,which is worth promoting in the clinical application.
