摘　　要：数据作为一种新的资源要素极大推动了平台型商业模式创新,而数据驱动新创企业应用数据资源开展平台型商业模式创新内在机理尚未解释清楚。本文沿着“数据资源—业务活动—创新类型—网络效应”的逻辑主线,基于必要商城展开纵向案例研究。研究发现,数据资源属性对数字原生新创企业平台商业模式创新产生差异性影响,数据穿透性影响数据获取与业务活动重构,数据扩展性和自生长性影响数据应用与平台主体的深度参与和协同创新;数字原生新创平台商业模式创新具有从效率型到锁定型的演化路径,创建阶段是以跨边网络效应为主导的效率型创新,成长阶段呈现为跨边与同边网络效应并存的锁定型创新。研究结论丰富和拓展了数据驱动平台商业模式创新的相关理论,为新创企业进行可持续创新提供参考和借鉴。As a new resource element,data greatly promotes the innovation of platform-based business model.The internal mechanism of data-driven start-ups using data resources to carry out platform-based business model innovation has not been clearly explained.This paper follows the logical thread of“Data Resource Elements-Business Activities-Innovation Types-Network Effects”,and carries out a longitudinal case study based on Biyao malls.This study shows the attributes of data resources have different impacts on the business model innovation of the digital original new enterprise platform.Data penetration affects data acquisition and business activity reconstruction,and the scalability and self-growth of data affect the deep participation and collaborative innovation of data applications and platform subjects.The business model innovation of digital original innovation platform has an evolutionary path from efficiency type to locking type.It is shown as efficiency innovation dominated by cross-side network effects in the creation stage,and in the growth stage,there is a lock-in innovation with cross-side and same-side network effects.The study enriches and develops the growing research theories related to data driven platform business model innovation,and it provides the reference for start-up enterprises to carry out sustainable innovation.
