摘　　要：在新时代的中国,中国共产党是推动各项事业发展的坚强领导核心。推进新时代高校党建高质量发展具有极其重要的价值意蕴,它不仅是坚持党的教育方针,完成立德树人根本任务的需要,也是打造高质量教育体系和建设教育强国的需要。从现阶段发展现状看,高校基层党建还有一定的不足,因此要严格遵循政治性、实践性、时代性与导向性的原则,从强化引领作用、健全制度体系、完善组织架构、构建学习体系等多个方面采取应对之策,不断提升高校党建工作的高效性,培养高素质高层次的人才队伍。The Communist Party of China is the strong core of leadership in promoting the development of various undertakings in the new era.Promoting the high-quality development of the Party Construction in the universities in the new era is of extremely important value.It is not only necessary to adhere to the Party's educational policy and complete the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talents,but it is also significant to create a high-quality education system and build an educational power.From the current development status,there are still certain weaknesses in the Party construction in the universities.Therefore,it is advisable to strictly follow the principles of politics,practice,times and guidance,and to take measures from multiple aspects including strengthening leadership,completing institutional systems,perfecting organizational structures,and constructing learning systems.Continuous work should be done to improve the efficiency of the Party construction in the universities,and cultivate a high-quality and high-level talent team.
