摘  要:无论是传统集装箱码头还是自动化集装箱码头装卸船作业时,解挂锁销作业是必不可少且极为重要的环节,在一定程度上影响和制约着码头的装卸船作业效率。智能化、自动化集装箱码头解挂锁工艺方案的确定很大程度上取决于岸桥设备的选型和集装箱码头对岸桥装卸船效率指标的要求水平。本文结合天津港北疆港区C段智能化集装箱码头项目的工程特点、建设规模及装卸船设备选型,介绍与单小车岸桥适配的地面相对固定的解挂锁工艺方案。Dis-assembly and assembly of lock pin is regarded as an essential and extremely important link in either traditional container terminal or automated container terminal,which restricts port handling efficiency to a certain extent.The dis-assembly and assembly plan of intelligent and automatic container terminal is based on the selection of quayside container cranes and the requirements for the efficiency index of ship loading and unloading by quayside container cranes to a large extent.By analyzing the engineering characteristics,construction scale and selection of loading/unloading equipment of section-C intelligent container terminal at Beijiang harbor of Tianjin Port,the dis-assembly and assembly plan relatively fixed on ground is introduced,which applies to single-trolley gantry crane.
