摘　　要：文章结合新工科建设背景,以湖北工程学院机械专业为例,探讨了该校机械专业在人才培养过程中存在的问题,提出了“重基础、强专业、提能力、促创新”的人才培养模式,并从社会需求、科研项目、学科竞赛、教育适应力几个方面探索了人才培养的具体方式,旨在为机械专业创新实践人才培养提供参考。Under the background of new engineering,taking the mechanical major of Hubei Engineering Univer-sity as an example,this paper discusses the problems existing in the process of talent training of the mechanical major.This paper puts forward the talent training mode of“emphasizing foundation,strengthening specialty,im-proving ability and promoting innovation”,and explores the specific ways of talent training from the aspects of so-cial needs,scientific research projects,discipline competitions and educational adaptability,so as to provide refer-ence for promoting the training of mechanical majors with innovation and practice ability.
