负载型钯基催化剂的制备及对Cr(Ⅵ)的液相催化加氢还原研究

摘  要:选择SiO_(2)为载体,合成了负载型钯基催化剂Pd/SiO_(2)和Pd/SiO_(2)-NH_(2),并将催化剂应用于对Cr(Ⅵ)的催化加氢还原实验。用等离子体发射光谱、透射电子显微镜、X-射线光电子能谱,以及傅里叶变换红外光谱技术对所制备的催化剂进行了详细的表征。结果显示:制备的催化剂均具有很高的稳定性,对比Pd/SiO_(2),Pd/SiO_(2)-NH_(2)可更有效地分散贵金属钯颗粒,提高活性位点的数量,催化性能更好;Cr(Ⅵ)的催化加氢还原反应符合Langmuir-Hinshelwood模型,在酸性环境中,Cr(Ⅵ)的还原反应会更加显著。研究结果为钯基催化剂有效去除Cr(Ⅵ)提供理论参考。In this paper,SiO_(2) was selected as the carrier to synthesize the supported Pd/SiO_(2) and Pd/SiO_(2)-NH_(2),and the catalyst was applied to the catalytic hydroreduction experiment of Cr(Ⅵ).The catalysts were characterized in detail using plasma emission spectroscopy,transmission electron microscopy,X-ray photoelectron spec‐troscopy,and Fourier infrared spectroscopy.The results showed that the prepared catalysts had high stability,and compared with Pd/SiO_(2),Pd/SiO_(2)-NH_(2) could more effectively disperse precious metal Pd particles,increase the number of active sites,and have better catalytic performance.The catalytic hydrogenation reduction reaction of Cr(Ⅵ)conforms to the Langmuir-Hinshelwood model,and the reduction reaction of Cr(Ⅵ)will be more significant in an acidic environment.After research,Pd-based catalysts can effectively remove Cr(Ⅵ),which provides an important theoretical basis.
