武术散打运动员灵敏性测试研究

摘　　要：研究目的:文章旨在检验武术散打运动员灵敏性测试的有效性、可靠性和敏感性,并确立与冲刺、跳跃和动态平衡能力之间的关系。研究方法:根据单循环散打比赛成绩高低入选不同得分组。进行两次散打特异性灵敏测试(Sanda specific agility test,SSAT),还进行了灵敏性(T-test),跳跃能力(蹲跳、反向跳、立定跳远和三级跳)、冲刺(5 m和20 m短跑)、动态平衡(Y平衡测试)测试。研究结论:SSAT表现出较高的相对和绝对可靠性以及检测微小变化的能力。高得分组与低得分组相比SSAT表现存在显著差异(5.2±0.6s VS 4.5±0.4s,p<0.001)。受试者工作特性曲线分析显示曲线下面积为0.91(95%CI:0.76~0.99),SSAT能够区分不同竞技水平的运动员。SSAT与T-test(r=0.71)存在高度关联。此外与跳跃能力、冲刺时间和动态平衡测试之间也存在中度以上相关。SSAT是一种有效且可靠的测试,可以用于评估武术散打运动员的灵敏性。Objective:This study aimed to examine the validity,reliabiliyt and sensitivity of a new test of planned agility in Sanda athletes and to establish the relationship with sprint time,mjpuing ability and dynamic balance.Methods:Twenty-four persons(19 males and 5 females)participated in this study.According to the performance of the single-loop Sanda competition,they will be selected into different scoring groups.They performed Sanda specific agility tests(SSAT)in two ocicsaons,as well as agility T-test,jumping ability(squat jump,countermovement jump,standing long jump and three-hop jump jump),sprint time(5 meter and 20-meter dash),dynamic balance(Y-balance test)test.Results:SSAT exhibited high relative and absolute reliabili,t yas well as the ability to detect small changes.There was a significant difference in SSAT performance betwee nhigh-scoring athletes and lowscoring athletes(5.2±0.6s vs 4.5±0.4s,p<0.001).The receiver operating characteristic curve analysis showed that the area under curve was 0.95(95%CI:0.76~0.99),and the SSAT could distinguish athletes of different levesl of competition.SSAT was highly correlated with T-test(r=0.71).There were also medium-high correlations with jumping ability,sprint time,and dynamic balance tests.Conclusion:The SSAT can be considered as a valid and reliab letest for evaluating the sensitivity of Sanda athletes.
