创新管理理念在高职院校图书馆建设中的应用分析

摘　　要：当前大数据时代已经到来,其技术应用下整个运行模式的转变势必也会影响高职院校图书馆的建设和职能发挥,要充分发挥大数据在高职院校图书馆建设中产生的价值,管理者就必须不断创新管理理念,提高高职院校图书馆的建设管理成效。本文结合笔者多年的研究与实践,探讨创新管理理念在高职院校图书馆建设中的实践应用,以供参考。The current era of big data has arrived,and the transformation of the entire operation mode under its technology application will certainly affect the construction and function of vocational college libraries.To give full play to the value of big data in the construction of vocational college libraries,managers must constantly innovate management concepts and improve the construction and management effectiveness of vocational college libraries.Based on the author's years of research and practice,this paper discusses the practical application of innovative management concepts in the construction of vocational college libraries for reference.
