摘　　要：立足于“立德树人”的教育目标,基于OBE理念的新工科建设与专业思政已成为专业建设的主要内容。本文结合湖南应用技术学院数据科学与大数据技术专业建设,围绕设定的应用型人才培养目标定位,以“传承常德精神,践行立德树人”和“弘扬社会主义核心价值观”为引领,以“全员育人、全过程育人、全方位育人”为着力点,以“培养目标、课程体系、每门课程、师资队伍、评价体系、专业文化”6个方面的思政建设达成目标,强调专业教师“思政育人”的核心地位,挖掘专业思政教育资源,将“思政课程”与“课程思政”交互融合,实现立德树人的专业人才培养总目标并重构课程体系。Based on the educational goal of"establishing morality and cultivating people",the construction of new engineering courses and professional politics based on OBE concept has become the main content of professional construction.In combination with the professional construction of Data Science and Big Data Technology of Hunan Institute of Applied Technology,this paper focuses on the targeted training of application-oriented talents,takes"inheriting the spirit of Changde,practicing morality and cultivating people"and"promoting socialist core values"as the guidance,and"educating people in all aspects,in the whole process"as the focus,Achieve the goal of ideological and political construction in six aspects of"training objectives,curriculum system,each course,teaching staff,evaluation system,and professional culture",emphasize the core position of professional teachers in"ideological and political education",tap professional ideological and political education resources,integrate"ideological and political curriculum"with"curriculum ideological and political education",achieve the general goal of cultivating professional talents and reconstruct the curriculum system.
