思维导图联合情景模拟在社区医护人员感染防控知识和技能培训中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨思维导图联合情景模拟在社区医护人员感染防控知识和技能培训中的应用。方法:采用思维导图联合情景模拟对社区医护人员进行培训,比较培训前后社区医护人员感染防控知识及技能评分、沟通能力评分。结果:培训后,护理人员感染防控知识、感染操作技能评分和共同参与能力、验证感受、信息有效传递、问题确认、建立和谐关系、敏锐倾听及沟通能力总评分提高,均高于培训前(P<0.05)。结论:思维导图联合情景模拟能有效提高社区医护人员感染防控技能及沟通能力,取得良好培训效果。Objective:To explore the application of mind mapping combined with situational simulation in the training of infection prevention and control knowledge and skills for community medical personnel.Methods:Community medical personnel were trained using mind mapping and situational simulation.The scores of infection prevention and control knowledge and skills,communication ability scores,and satisfaction scores of nursing personnel with the training effect were compared before and after the training.Results:After the training,the total scores of nurses'infection prevention and control knowledge,infection operation skills,joint participation ability,verification of feelings,effective information transmission,problem confirmation,harmonious relationship establishment,sensi⁃tive listening and communication skills were all improved;all were higher than those before the training(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mind⁃mapping combined with situational simulation can effectively improve the infection prevention and control skills and communication skills of community medical personnel,thereby improving their satisfaction with training.
