摘 要:自我意象影响幼儿园教师的情感和行为,间接影响着幼儿园教育质量。研究在对24名初任幼儿园教师进行开放式访谈的基础上编制初任幼儿园教师自我意象评定问卷,维度包括镜中意象、称职意象、效能意象、地位意象、发展意象、忠诚意象,问卷信度和效度均达到测量学要求。运用此问卷对353名初任幼儿园教师进行调查。结果发现:初任幼儿园教师自我意象的总体状况良好,但在称职意象、镜中意象、地位意象三个子维度偏低。此外,初任幼儿园教师自我意象在性别、学历、婚育、月工资、编制等人口学变量上存在差异,在总体水平上仍有较大的提升空间。Self-image affects the emotion and behavior of new kindergarten teachers,and indirectly affects the quality of kindergarten education.Based on an open interview with 24 new kindergarten teachers,the self-image assessment questionnaire for new kindergarten teachers was developed.The dimensions of the questionnaire include mirror image,competence Image,efficacy image,status image,development image and loyalty image.The reliability and validity of the questionnaire meet the measurement requirements.This questionnaire was used to investigate 353 new kindergarten teachers.The results show that the overall situation of self-image of new kindergarten teachers is good,but the three sub-dimensions of competency image,mirror image and status image are low.Besides,there are differences in gender,education,marriage and childbearing,monthly salary and authorized size of self-image of new kindergarten teachers,and there is still much room for improvement.
