摘 要:在“双碳”背景下,要求开发低铁损的取向硅钢,在取向硅钢表面涂覆张力涂层可以实现这一目标。本研究对国内外取向硅钢表面大张力涂层研究进展情况进行了介绍,包括陶瓷体系张力涂层、氧化物张力涂层及磷酸盐张力涂层,并对应用最广泛的磷酸盐张力涂层进行重点介绍。最后对磷酸盐张力涂层的发展及陶瓷体系张力涂层、氧化物张力涂层的应用前景及张力涂层的发展方向进行了展望。With the background of the"double carbon"policy,it is required to develop oriented silicon steel with low iron loss,which can be achieved by coating the surface of oriented silicon steel with tension coating.In this paper,the research progress in high tension coatings on the oriented silicon steel at home and abroad is introduced,including ceramic tension coatings,oxide tension coatings and phosphate tension coatings.In particular the phosphate tension coatings which are widely used are introduced.Finally,the development of phosphate tension coating,the application prospect of ceramic tension coating and oxide tension coating and the development direction of tension coatings are prospected.
