摘　　要：轨道交通用不饱和聚酯腻子主要由弹性不饱和聚酯树脂、苯乙烯和填料组成。研究了轨道交通用不饱和聚酯腻子各组分,确定了主体树脂、气相二氧化硅、填料等的品种及用量,确定了固化体系等。得到触变指数高、抗流挂好,综合性能符合Q/CR546.1—2016动车组用涂料与涂装的技术标准的轨道交通用不饱和聚酯腻子。主要特点为表面平滑无针孔、附着力强,适合轨道交通车体大面积施工,施工性能优良。Unsaturated polyester putty for rail transit is mainly composed of elastic unsaturated polyester resin,styrene and filler.This paper studies the components of unsaturated polyester putty for rail transit,determines the type of main resin,fumed silica,filler and determines the curing system,etc.to prepare an unsaturated polyester putty for rail transit which has high thixotropic index and good sagging resistance,and its comprehensive performance is in line with requirements of Q/CR546.1-2016.The putty is characterized by smooth surface without pinholes,strong adhesion and good coatability,furthermore,it is suitable for large area construction of rail transit car body.
