新公共管理视域下高校公共资产管理维护探析

摘　　要：社会主义市场经济为管理业及管理学理论发展提供了优越环境。在新公共管理视域下,高校作为事业单位,应加强公共资产管理、维护国有资产安全、提高资产利用率。高校承担着文化兴国、人才强国等重要责任,以公共资产维护与利用为管理重点,借鉴新公共管理理论,旨在有效解决高校公共资产管理问题。The socialist market economy provides a superior environment for the development of management industry and management theory.From the perspective of new public management,higher education institutions,as public institutions,are required to strengthen the management of public assets,maintain the security of state-owned assets and improve the utilization rate of assets.Higher education institutions undertake the important responsibilities of rejuvenating the country with culture and strengthening the country with talents.They focus on the management of assets maintenance and utilization,learn from the concepts of"customer first"and"service quality improvement",and effectively solve the problems of public assets management in colleges and universities.
