工程教育专业认证背景下高分子材料与工程专业生产实习改革研究

摘　　要：在工程教育专业认证背景下,对高分子材料与工程专业的生产实习教学模式进了改革探索,将思政教育与实践教学有机融合。以成果为导向反向设计生产实习的思政育人目标和课程目标,以学生为中心设计完善了生产实习内容和实习安排、以持续改进的理念完善了生产实习评价方法。通过校企共同制订生产实习大纲、改革实习内容、实习方式和评价方式,并不断进行持续改进,探索在学生实习方面的教学改革新措施,可为高校建立“面向产出”的内部质量保障体系提供参考与借鉴。Under the background of engineering education professional certification,the new professional production practice teaching mode of polymer materials and engineering is explored,and ideological and political education are organically integrated with practical teaching.The ideological and political education goals and course objectives of professional practice are reversed designs based on results-oriented.The professional practice content and arrangement are designs based on student-centered.The evaluation method of professional practice is improved with the concept of continuous improvement.Through the schools and enterprises to jointly formulate the production practice outline,reform the practice content,practice methods and assessment methods,and make continuous improvement,to explore the new measures of education reform in student practice,which provides a reference for other universities to establish an"output-oriented"internal quality assurance system.
