摘　　要：科研创新能力是工科研究生的核心能力,是衡量工科研究生培养质量的关键参考点。将“学生中心、产出导向、持续改进”的OBE理念纳入工科研究生科研创新能力培养机制中来,通过组织建设、制度建设、标准制订、过程监控、评价反馈等方式实现全员、全程、全方位参与,确保工科研究生的培养质量得到实质性提高。Scientific research innovation ability is the core ability of engineering graduate students,which is the key reference point to measure the quality of engineering graduate students.The OBE concept of"student-centered,output-oriented and continuous improvement"are incorporated into the training mechanism of scientific research and innovation ability for engineering postgraduates,through the organization construction,system construction,standard formulation,process monitoring,evaluation feedback and other aspects of the full,full and all-round participation,to ensure that the quality of engineering graduate training has been substantially improved.
