摘　　要：为贯彻能打仗、打胜仗强军目标,规范学员专业技能,强调实战化、体系化训练,提高学员的专业技能素养,提升学员的岗位任职能力,为能打仗、打胜仗提供士官人才保障,在分析装备教学技能训练现状的基础上,构建了实战化条件下装备教学“1+2+1”技能训练体系和技能考核评价学分体系,并进行了实践。In order to carry out the goal of being able to fight and win battles and strengthen the army,standardize the professional skills of trainees,emphasize actual combat and systematic training,improve the professional skills and qualities of trainees,enhance the post capacity of trainees,and provide personnel guarantee for non-commissioned officers who can fight and win battles,on the basis of analyzing the present situation of equipment teaching skill training,the"1+2+1"skill training system and skill assessment credit system of equipment teaching under practical conditions are constructed,and the practice is carried out.
