摘 要:以有色大麦(LZ01)为试材,研究了4种供钾处理(0、81、162、243 kg·hm^(-2))下,籽粒灌浆过程中查尔酮合成酶(CHS)、二氢黄酮醇-4-还原酶(DFR)、花青素合成酶(ANS)和类黄酮3-O-葡萄糖基素转移酶(UFGT)活性以及花青素积累速率的变化。结果表明,无论旗叶还是籽粒CHS、DFR和ANS活性均呈“单峰”曲线型变化趋势,而UFGT活性和花青素积累速率则呈“V”型变化趋势。同时,发现籽粒花青素积累速率与旗叶和籽粒的ANS、UFGT活性呈显著正相关关系,而与旗叶和籽粒的CHS、DFR呈不显著负相关关系。此外,还发现不同施钾处理均能不同程度增强有色大麦籽粒花青素合成过程中CHS、DFR、ANS和UFGT等关键酶的活性和花青素的积累速率,其提高效应均表现为K162>K81>T243>K0。This study investigated the effects of various rates of potassium fertilizer application(0,81,162,243 kg·hm^(-2))on the enzymatic activities of chalcone synthase(CHS),dihydroflavonol-4-reductase(DFR),anthocyanidin synthase(ANS),and flavonoid 3-O-glucosyltransferase(UFGT),as well as the rate of anthocyanin accumulation in colored barley(LZ01).The results demonstrated that CHS,DFR,and ANS activities in both the flag leaf and grain exhibited a unimodal distribution,while UFGT activity and the rate of anthocyanin accumulation followed a V-shaped pattern.Furthermore,a significant positive correlation was observed between the rate of anthocyanin accumulation in grains and the activities of ANS and UFGT in both flag leaves and grains,whereas no significant negative correlation was found with CHS and DFR activities in flag leaves and grains.Additionally,the findings revealed that different levels of potassium application enhanced the activities of key enzymes(CHS,DFR,ANS,and UFGT)and the rate of anthocyanin accumulation during colored barley grain synthesis,with the most pronounced effects observed in the K162 treatment,followed by K81,T243,and K0.
