层级护理管理模式与常规管理模式在骨科病房护理人员管理中的作用分析

摘　　要：目的在骨科病房护理人员管理中应用层级护理管理模式与常规管理模式,分析其护理效果和价值。方法选取枝江市中医医院在2019年4月—2021年5月期间在骨科病房中就职的11名护理人员作为研究对象,分为对照组(2019年4月—2020年4月)和研究组(2020年5月—2021年5月),对照组护理人员采取常规管理模式,研究组护理人员采取层级护理管理模式。观察两组护理人员临床护理结果。结果研究组护理人员的工作质量评分比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理人员的考核成绩比对照组优异,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理人员的整体素质及能力评分比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在骨科病房护理管理中应用层级护理管理模式,护理质量明显上升,考核成绩更高,整体素质更高,能力显著提升,管理效果理想。Objective To analyze the nursing effect and value of hierarchical nursing management mode and conventional nursing management mode in the nursing staff management of orthopedics ward.Methods From April 2019 to May 2021,11 nursing staff who worked in the orthopedic ward of Zhijiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and divided into control group(April 2019 to April 2020)and study group(May 2020 to May 2021).The nursing staff in the control group adopted the routine management mode,and the nursing staf in the study group adopted the hierarchical nursing management mode.Observe the clinical nursing results of the two groups of nursing staff.Results The work quality score of nursing staff in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The assessment results of the nursing staff in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall quality and ability scores of nursing staff in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of hierarchical nursing management mode in the management of nursing staff in orthopedic ward has significantly improved the quality of nursing,the assessment results of nursing staff are relatively high,the overall quality of nursing staff is relatively high,the ability of nursing staff is significantly improved,and the clinical management effect is ideal.
