摘　　要：目的分析鼻咽癌(NPC)患者放化疗期间发生营养不良的危险因素。方法选取2020年2月至2022年9月于医院行放化疗的NPC患者79例,调查患者一般资料,并采用患者主观整体评估量表(PG-SGA)评估患者营养状况,根据营养状况将患者分为营养良好组和营养不良组,比较两组一般资料,并经Logistic回归分析NPC患者放化疗期间发生营养不良的危险因素。结果经评估,79例NPC患者放化疗期间42例发生营养不良,占比53.16%。营养良好组和营养不良组的临床分期、抑郁情绪、同期化疗、食欲减退比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经Logistic回归分析结果显示,临床分期Ⅲ~Ⅳ期、有抑郁情绪、同期化疗、食欲减退均为NPC患者放化疗期间发生营养不良的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论NPC患者放化疗期间发生营养不良风险较高,可能受临床分期、抑郁情绪、同期化疗、食欲减退等因素影响。Objective The risk factors for malnutrition during radiotherapy and chemotherapy in nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC)patients were analyzed.Methods With the selection of 79 NPC patients who underwent radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the hospital from February 2020 to September 2022 to investigate their general information,the nutritional status of patients was evaluated,by using the Patient Subjective Global Assessment Scale(PGSGA).According to their nutritional status,patients were divided into the well nourished group and the malnourished group.The general information of the two groups was compared,and Logistic regression analysis was conducted to identify the risk factors for malnutrition in NPC patients during radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Results After evaluation,42 out of 79 NPC patients experienced malnutrition during radiotherapy and chemotherapy,accounting for 53.16%.There were statistically significant differences in clinical staging,depression,concurrent chemotherapy,and decreased appetite between the well nourished group and the malnourished group(P<0.05);The results of Logistic regression analysis showed that clinical stagesⅢ-Ⅳdepression,concurrent chemotherapy,and decreased appetite were all risk factors for malnutrition in NPC patients during radiotherapy and chemotherapy(P<0.05).Conclusion NPC patients have a higher risk of malnutrition during radiotherapy and chemotherapy,which may be influenced by factors such as clinical staging,depressive mood,concurrent chemotherapy,and decreased appetite.
