摘  要:本研究建立鸡肌肉中尼卡巴嗪、地克珠利和托曲珠利的主要代谢物残留量的高效液相色谱-串联质谱检测方法,进行预处理后,取上清液用高效液相色谱-串联质谱法检测,在3.0~10.0μg/kg范围内,3种抗球虫药物的代谢物残留量呈良好线性关系,相关系数均>0.999,回收率在87.5%~109%,相对标准偏差在1.39%~2.04%。本法灵敏、准确,适用于鸡肌肉中尼卡巴嗪、地克珠利和托曲珠利的代谢物残留量的测定。This study established a high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method for the detection of the main metabolites residues of nicarbazine, diclazuride, and tocracuride in chicken muscle. After pre-treatment, the supernatant was taken and detected by high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry at 3.0-10.0 μ Within the range of g/kg, there is a good linear relationship between the residual metabolites of the three anti coccidian drugs, with correlation coefficients>0.999. The recovery rate is between 87.5% and 109%, and the relative standard deviation is between 1.39% and 2.04%. This method is sensitive and accurate, and is suitable for the determination of residual metabolites of nicarbazine, diclazuril, and tocracuril in chicken muscle.
