高职院校报关与国际货运专业学生就业竞争力研究——以上海济光职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：在新的外贸和职教背景下,如何做好报关与国际货运专业的建设,培养出符合新背景下的专业人才,成为当前高职院校面临的新问题。本文综合多种方法,确定了报关与国际货运专业学生就业竞争力评价指标,并采用因子分析法对评价指标进行分析,提取出影响学生就业竞争力的主要因子。针对各影响因子进行梳理分析,提出相应的改进措施,为提升学生就业竞争力提供参考。Under the new background of foreign trade and vocational education,how to do a good job in customs declaration and international freight professional construction,to train professional personnel in line with the new background,has become a new problem faced by higher vocational colleges.Based on a variety of methods,this paper determines the evaluation index system of the employment competitiveness of the students majoring in Customs Declaration and international freight transportation,and analyzes the evaluation index with the factor analysis method,extract the main factors that affect the employment competitiveness of students.This paper analyzes the influencing factors and puts forward the corresponding improvement measures,which can provide reference for promoting the employment competitiveness of students.
