摘　　要：大数据背景下,会计专业的工作内容以及对人才的技能要求已经发生了重大变化,对会计岗位能力提出了新要求。将企业会计技术服务的新需求与专业师生团队技术服务能力培养过程相结合,实施“专业能力短板赋能——团队技术服务中的螺旋式赋能——团队能力反馈赋能”路径,以提升专业师生团队技术服务能力。Under the context of big data,great changes have taken place in terms of the work content of the accounting major and skill requirements for talents,which bring new requirements for accounting post ability.In order to improve the technical service ability of professional teachers and students teams,the new demand of enterprise accounting technical service can be combined with the training process of technical service ability of professional teachers and students team,and the path of"weakness empowerment of professional ability-spiral empowerment in team technical service-feedback empowerment of team ability"can be implemented.
