摘　　要：医患共享决策是一个基于医生和患者共同参与,双方进行信息交流并考虑医疗结局各种可能情况的医疗方案选择过程。在医患共享决策的各个阶段,医生和患者都保持着互动,医生和患者都是决策者。因此,医患共享决策是一种更强调“以患者为中心”的新型诊疗模式。医学美容作为跨专科的消费医疗服务类型,患者以自费支付获取医疗服务,他们参与诊疗决策的动机强烈。不过,医学美容领域至今仍存在着患者在诊疗过程中参与度低的问题,医患共享决策并未在医学美容行业中得到充分的实施。本文概要介绍医患共享决策在医学美容领域中的开展情况以及实施过程中存在的问题和障碍,为研究与开发规范化的医学美容医患共享决策临床实施路径提供参考。Doctor-patient sharing decision-making is a medical selection process based on the joint participation of doctors and patients,information exchange between both sides,and consideration of various possible medical outcomes.At each stage of the decision-making process,doctors and patients maintain interaction,and both doctors and patients are decision makers.Therefore,doctor-patient sharing decision-making emphasizes a new“patient-centered”diagnosis and treatment mode.Medical cosmetology is a type of cross specialty consumer medical services,and patients receive medical services at their own expense.Their motivation to participate in the diagnosis and treatment decision-making is strong.However,up to now,there is still a problem of poor patient participation in diagnosis and treatment in the field of medical cosmetology,and doctor-patient shared decision-making has not been fully implemented in the field of medical cosmetology.This article reviews the development of doctor-patient shared decision-making in the field of medical cosmetology,in order to understand the problems and obstacles in the implementation of doctor-patient shared decision-making in the field of medical cosmetology,and thereby lay a foundation for the research and development of standardized doctor-patient shared decision-making in the clinical implementation of medical cosmetology.
