课程思政“立德树人”四层级目标论

摘　　要：通过课程思政落实立德树人这一根本任务,重点在于专业的课程思政要以明确的育人目标为引领。“知识—价值—能力—行为”构成了课程思政“立德树人”育人目标的四个层级,其中知识层级是最基础层级,包括专业知识和思政知识,旨在提高认知能力,价值层级则包括知识价值理性、个人道德情操以及价值立场等,属于超越知识的价值判断层面。只有将知识和价值内化为解决具体问题的能力,才完成了对作为本体的“人”的培养,最终需要将能力转化为行为,达致“知行合一”,才真正完成了立德树人的根本任务,此为检验立德树人成效的最终依据。专业课程的“课程思政”应当结合专业知识以及四个层级的育人要求,找准课程思政点,挖掘和融入思政知识,并通过知识传授、价值塑造、实习实践、社会服务等多元途径,将思政与专业有机融合,实现育人和育才相统一的立德树人目标。To implement the fundamental task of moral education through ideological and political courses,the key lies in the ideological and political courses of professional courses,which should be guided by clear educational goals.“The knowledge,value,ability,behavior”constitute the course education“Fostering Virtue Through Education”four levels of educational target,and the knowledge hierarchy is the most basic level,including professional knowledge and the knowledge of education,aims to improve the cognitive ability,value hierarchy includes knowledge value rationality,individual moral sentiment,and values,etc.,belong to surpass the value judgment level of knowledge,Only when knowledge and value are internalized into the ability to solve specific problems can the cultivation of“human”as the noumenon be completed.Finally,the ability needs to be transformed into behavior to achieve the“unity of knowledge and action”,and the fundamental task of cultivating people by virtue is truly accomplished.This is the final basis for testing the effectiveness of cultivating people by virtue.Professional course“course education”should be combined with professional knowledge,and four levels of education requirements,find course education right,mining and integrated into the ideological knowledge,and through knowledge,values,internship practice,social services,such as multivariate way,ideological and professional organic fusion,achieve the unity of education and training khalid ents.
