摘 要:家校纠纷是家长与学校之间的矛盾。随着社会的发展,人们对个人教育利益的追求越来越主动明确,极端化的家校纠纷不断出现,家校纠纷已经出现了解决目标、过程和结果上的异化。其根源在于在学校安全的敏感化、学校秩序至上和教育公正感的缺失。治理家校纠纷,要把握导致家校纠纷的矛盾性质,践行学校的公共责任,建立学校治理的协商机制,增进家校沟通,建立以学校为中心的校园安全网络治理体系,降低家校纠纷异化风险。Family-school disputes are the conflicts between parents and schools.With the development of society,people′s pursuit of personal educational interests is becoming increasingly proactive and clear,extreme family-school disputes continue to emerge,and family-school disputes have led to the alienation in solving goals,processes and results.Its root lies in the sensitivity of school safety,the supremacy of school order and the lack of educational justice.To deal with family-school disputes,it is necessary to grasp the nature of the conflicts that lead to the family-school disputes,carry out the public responsibility of the school,establish the consultation mechanism for the school governance,improve the communication between the family and the school,and establish a school-centered campus security network governance system to reduce the risk of the alienation of family-school disputes.
